Literally just petroleum jelly.

I would personally recommend Vaseline Lip Therapy but Carmex is much more convenient.

Also, moisturize your skin. If your mouth is being ignored, I assume your elbows, arms, and fingers are too.

they are better now i put a bunch of lotion on my face i the shower to keep the moisture in and it worked good, :)
