I would suggest trying something like Stable Diffusion, and then adding model data to it. That's one of the easier ways to get started.

There are plenty of them. I use the command line, but sometimes I also use a WebUI that I run locally to feed commands into Stable Diffusion. It's seriously the easiest that I am aware of. I don't know your operating system or GPU or anything like that, but this should get you going in the right direction.
